Getting started

Palmtech Complete uses special keywords in its document editor that serve as "dummy data" for the real data that will be inserted later, these special keywords are called placeholders.

For example, you can use placeholders like ##{{Property Address}} or ##{{Company Name}} in the document editor. Palmtech Complete will then automatically replace the placeholders with the real property address and company name when the text is processed and sent out to your customer.

Placeholders help make messages or documents more personal and can help you save valuable time.

The real data that replaces placeholders is automatically pulled from various sources related to the inspection. For example, the inspector's contact information, the address of the property, the inspection company's name, and the agreement that was sent out. Placeholder names make it easy to identify what information will be filled in later.
