Getting started
Also known as the Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form, the Florida Wind Mitigation Form can be easily added to your template library using Palmtech Complete.
Downloading the template
Log into the Portal
Enter the Templates section of the Portal
Click/tap the Add from library button
Click the Download button for the Florida Wind Mitigation Form
Once you've acquired the template enable it for use from the Templates page
Done! The template is now ready for use on any future inspection
Using the template for an inspection
In order to use the template when scheduling/drafting an inspection, select it from within the Add Templates section:
Gathering the client's signature
The customer's signature can be gathered in one of several ways:
Directly through your devices Touchpad
By taking a Photo of the customer's signature
Or by typing in a name and automatically generating a signature with the Keyboard option
