Palmtech Complete includes a great tool your clients and agents will love: the Request List. In this article, we will go over what it is and how it works.

The request list is a tool your clients and their agents can use to easily request repairs or credits based on your inspection findings. When your client opens the interactive report you send them, they can create the request list by clicking the blue Build Request List button in the upper right corner.

This will open up the Request List. From here clients can go through your findings and request credits and repairs.

Repair items can be selected here, credit amount and repair notes can then be included as needed.

When finished with all of the selections, click Create in the lower right corner of the screen.

Once the request list is created a new window will appear where users can enter the email address where they want the list sent to.
