In Palmtech Complete inspection reports are automatically sent out to customers whenever a report is Marked as complete. See the image below and refer to the #2 marking.

Reports can be previewed/reviewed before they're sent out using the Report preview button. See the #1 marking in the image below.

Inspection reports are automatically sent out when a report is marked as complete. With Palmtech Complete there's no need to manually email out reports. However, additional copies of the report can still be manually emailed out if needed.

It's important to note that once an inspection is marked as complete and a report is sent out the inspection can no longer be modified.

Palmtech Complete will notify you if you're marking a report as complete when your inspection agreement hasn't been signed. The notification includes the option of sending the report out and stopping all further reminders of sending the signed agreement back.

A standard notification will appear whenever the inspection agreement has been successfully signed and returned to you.

Palmtech Complete provides you with an inspection report preview option to easily see what your customer will receive as their report. Tapping the Report Preview button will open your device's default web browser with an interactive preview of the inspection report.

This is a great way to see a snapshot of the overall structure and main points of the inspection. Additionally, previewing the report helps identify potentially missing points, lines, or spelling errors.
