Palmtech Complete acknowledges that including your signature in your agreements is important, as agreements are a key part of your inspection process and business.
Follow this guide to learn how to include your personal signature in your agreements.
Adding the signature
The easiest way to accomplish this task is by scanning a physical copy of your signature, or, creating a digital copy of the signature with a tool like Microsoft Paint
In the Palmtech Complete portal, navigate to Settings and then Agreements
Click on the agreement you want to edit and scroll down to the spot where you want to add your signature
You can either copy and paste the image using your keyboard, or, drag and drop the image to its desired location
You can also add a caption underneath the signature if you’d like to include your name in print or a title
Once you’re satisfied with the result, click the green Save Agreement button and repeat this process for any other agreements where you need to add your signature.
