Palmtech includes a really great tool your clients and agents will love: the Request List. In this article, we will go over what it is and how it works.
The request list is a tool your clients and their agents can use to very easily request repairs or credits based on your inspection findings. When your client opens the interactive report you send them they can create the request list by clicking the green Build Request List button in the upper right corner.
This will open up the Request List so they can go through your findings and request credits and repairs.
They can simply select the items and add a credit amount and repair notes.
When finished with all of the selections, click on Create in the lower right corner.
This will open up a window where they can enter the email address where they want to send it.
