This article will walk you through scheduling an appointment in Palmtech.
- To schedule an appointment you first need to log into your portal. You can do this by clicking on 'Login to Portal' on the right-hand side of the Palmtech Shell or by visiting: https://www.portal.palm-tech.com/account/login.php
- Click on 'Scheduling' at the top.
- This will open up your Palmtech Scheduler.
- To schedule your appointment, click on the plus sign on the day you want to add your appointment. For this example, we will add an appointment on the 17th.
- Once you click the plus sign for the date, a time window will pop up. Simply choose the time for the appointment. We will use 2:00 PM for this example.
- Enter the Appointment Details and click on 'Add Appointment'.
- Your scheduled appointment will now appear on your calendar.
- When you Open up Palmtech on the PC or the App and start a new inspection, the appointment you scheduled will appear.
- Choose the appointment and click on the 'Start New' button and all the information from the appointment will automatically populate into your report.
