Getting started
One of the key new features of Palmtech Complete is the ability to attach PDFs, which will be sent along with the interactive report when you mark your inspections as complete.
This can be used to add ancillary documentation to the inspection report. For example, a raddon test report could be attached to the main report via this option.
Adding attachments to a report
- From the Portal, choose and open the report that needs the attachment
- Then head to the Web Report Writer by clicking the Open report writer button
- Tap the Add attachment button at the bottom of the Web Report Writer
- Use the Add attachment button to select the file you want to attach to the report. Once the file is added, you can choose the name of the file as it will appear on the report. This handy feature let's you choose an easy to read title for the file.
- Tap the blue Done button
- The Attachments menu will now show the file you attached. From here you can:
- Edit the name of the file you just attached
- Delete the file entirely
- Attach a new file
