Getting started
Adding more than one inspector to your inspection is a simple process. This procedure allows you to have the inspection on both of the inspector's calendars. This article assumes that you've paid for additional licenses and have setup additional team member's within your Palmtech Complete account.
Note: Additional inspectors can only be added to an inspection when it is first created. Once an inspection has been drafted or scheduled, more inspectors can't be added to it.
Adding more than one inspector to an inspection
To schedule an inspection follow these steps:
- Select the names of the inspectors who will be performing it on the first screen that appears
- The inspection will then be added to their calendars, allowing everyone to work on it simultaneously and view each other’s inputs, provided you are all online
