Getting started
This article will walk you through the steps needed to resend an agreement that has already been sent out. This could be to remind your customer to sign the agreement, or to provide another copy in case the original was misplaced.
Resending an agreement from the app
- From the Inspections menu within the app, choose the inspection which has the agreement you need to resend
- After selecting the inspection, scroll down to find the Agreements section
- From here you can view the agreement that was sent to the customer, and/or resend the agreement using the Send to Client button
- Select the agreement you need to resend, in case more than needs to be resent it can be done by checking the box next to its name
- Then tap the blue Send button
Resending an agreement from the portal

From the Inspections menu within the portal, choose the inspection which has the agreement you need to resend
- Within the Inspection Details page, scroll down to find the Agreements section of the inspection
- To view the agreement that was sent to the customer, click the file name in blue letters. DefaultAgreement.pdf in the example below
- To resend the agreement, tap the green Send to client
