From the app
- From the Inspections menu within the app, choose the inspection appointment you need to reschedule by tapping on it
- Inside the inspection details screen, tap the date and time or the pencil icon right next to it in order to reschedule
- Select a new date and/or time, and confirm any additional details in the Edit Inspection screens that show up. Then tap the blue Reschedule button to complete the process
From the portal

From the Inspections menu within the portal, choose the inspection appointment you need to reschedule by clicking/tapping on it on it
- Tap the blue Reschedule button to the right of the screen
- Select a new date and/or time from the pop up screen that'll show up. Then click/tap the green Reschedule button to complete the process
