This approach shortens your reports, making them easier to read on mobile devices—the preferred platform for most agents and clients. Ensuring all critical inspection findings are clear and accessible in the report.

Improved photo and video management

Adding photos is now easier and faster with Palmtech Complete! When using the mobile app to include photos in your report, you'll appreciate the streamlined process. You can swiftly capture multiple photos in sequence, one after the other, making it efficient to document areas like attics and crawlspaces. We've recently introduced the Media Library feature, allowing you to store all inspection photos in one place and easily add them to relevant sections of your report. This feature is particularly useful for adding the same photo to multiple sections. Additionally, enhancements to decorations and imaging editing tools further improve the overall experience.

Automation and agreements

Palmtech Complete can handle your agreements. When an inspection is scheduled, agreements are automatically sent, with client and property data pre-filled. Palmtech includes a standard agreement you can use, or you can easily add your own. You can also track the status of agreements to ensure they are signed, streamlining the process and ensuring nothing is overlooked.

Communication

Palmtech Complete enhances communication by automating key steps when an inspection is scheduled. A confirmation email is sent to the client, followed by the agreement for signature and a payment request. Additionally, reminders for both payment and agreement signing are sent, ensuring that all necessary actions are completed promptly and efficiently.

Live Data Sync

Gone are the days of the tedious process of manually transferring your inspection and library files via cloud drives to other devices. With our new online mode, Live Data Sync, your report information automatically syncs across platforms. Whether accessing it on another mobile device or any computer web browser, all your entered data remains readily available. This feature is particularly advantageous for team inspections, facilitating real-time collaboration where each member can view and contribute to the inspection progress concurrently, provided there is an active data or internet connection.
