Getting started
This article will guide you through the steps needed to add your company's logo to Palmtech Complete. Additionally, this article will provide best practices and guidelines for what kind of image to use to achieve the best looking results.
Adding your logo
Follow the instructions below to add your company logo to Palmtech Complete:
- From the portal Dashboard, click on your profile name and picture in the top right corner. Then, choose the Settings option
- Within the Account Settings view, click on the Company Profile button
- Click/tap the blue Edit button within the Logo section
- Find and select the logo image for your company
- Once the image is added to the Portal your profile and reports will include it by default
Best practices
Palmtech Complete will accept every common type/format and size of image, however, not all image formats or sizes will 'look good' in your inspection report. Below you'll find a list of recomendations for selecting the image that will look best as a company logo:
- The report is optimized for a horizontal logo that's 300x85 pixels in size. A larger image will also work as long as the ratio remains 3.5:1
- The file size of the image cannot exceed 20MB
- Square images can be used as well but they should not be larger than 85x85 pixels. Images larger than that will fit but they will be resized to appear smaller
- The recomended format for the image is SVG, but other formats such as PNG and JPG/JPEG also work
- Vertical logos can be used but a white space will be included on each side when inserted to a report
