Signing up for a subscription is accomplished via the Portal. If you're on a trial of Palmtech Complete, you don't have to wait until your free inspections have run out to subscribe.
- In the Portal, click your name and picture in the top right corner of the screen
- Click Settings
- Choose Billing Plan
- To see the available plans click the green See all plans button in the bottom left corner of the screen
- Choose from the monthly or yearly options
- After choosing an option, click Go to checkout
- At the checkout screen, fill out all of the required fields
- Note: Additional licenses for more users can be added at this screen

- Review the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement
- Finally, click the green Place My Order button at the bottom of the screen
