The Calendar shows you the inspections (drafts, unscheduled, and scheduled) and events your company has scheduled. Different views can be toggled, such as Month, Week, Day, and the option to only view your own events.
Viewing the calendar
Changing the view
The calendar can be viewed in monthly, weekly, or daily modes each fitting the current month, the current week, or the current day respectively. To toggle between the views, click the Month, Week, or Day button on the right side of the screen.
Examining an inspection
Clicking an inspection/event button within the calendar takes you to the edit screen for the chosen case (inspection or event).
Adding an Inspection
Inspections can be added to the calendar using the Add Inspection button in the top right corner of the screen.
Adding an Event (non-inspection)
Additionally, non-inspection events can also be added to the calendar using the Add Event button.
Events don't have to be work-related and can be as simple as creating a reminder for someone's birthday or for an upcoming seminar.
