Whether you would like to add images or placeholders to have specific information populated, follow these steps to get started!
From the Palm Tech web portal, click on your name then click on Settings and choose the Report tile.
Next, click on "Edit Cover Page"
From the Cover page creation page let's go over what each tool is:
1.- You may use the text editor to add Bolded, underlined and italic Text. You may also choose from a wide variety of fonts, can change the size of the font and the color of the text.
2.- Ordered List adds numbers, Unordered List adds bullets, Align Left/Center/Right positions text, and More Paragraph provides additional text formatting options.
3.- The Hyperlink tool lets you add a clickable link to text. Simply copy the URL of the website and decide what text you would like to be disiplayed then click on Insert.
4.- The Insert Image tool allows you to upload local images or to use the image URL to be displayed in the cover page.
5.- Placeholders will populate specific existing order information automatically. A list of examples include:

Property Photo
Client Name (Populates the client's full name)
Inspection Date (Populates the inspection date)
Property Address (Populates the property street name and number)
Property CSZ (Populates the property city, state, and ZIP code)
Primary Inspector
Inspector Name (Populates the primary inspector's full name)
Inspector Phone (Populates the primary inspector's phone number)
Inspector Email (Populates the primary inspector's email address)
Secondary Inspector
Inspector Name (Populates the secondary inspector's full name)
Inspector Phone (Populates the secondary inspector's phone number)
Inspector Email (Populates the secondary inspector's email address)
Company Information
Company Name (Populates the company's name)
Company Phone (Populates the company's phone number)
Company Address (Populates the company's street name and number)
Company CSZ (Populates the company's city, state, and ZIP code)
