How to record payments

If find the need to record a payment post-sale or if the payment method was cash or check you may record the payment via the mobile app.

Please note that an active Guardian account is needed to use this feature. Please click here to view the steps on how to schedule a meeting with our onboarding specialist to assist you with setting up payments.

The option to record a payment is only available via the mobile app.

From the app you'll open the inspection and navigate to Services/Fees> Record Payment > Choose the payment method from the drop down list > Enter the amount or pick 'Mark Full amount paid' then choose Done.
