The Online Scheduler helps companies capture more business while giving customers the flexibility, convenience, and transparency they expect when booking an inspection.

Simple Property Information Form : Enter property details such as the address, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and additional property information.
Transparent Service Pricing: View available inspection services with clear pricing, service descriptions, and estimated inspection durations.
Flexible Scheduling: Select a preferred inspection date and choose from available appointment time slots that fit your schedule.
Inspector Selection Options: Choose a specific inspector or select Any Available Inspector to automatically assign the best available option.
How It Works
How to Access Online Scheduler
Customers can access the Online Scheduler using:
The shared Online Scheduler URL
The embedded scheduler added directly to the company’s website using the provided Embed Code (iframe). This allows customers to book inspections online from any supported web browser.
How to Book your Inspection
Client and Agents Info
The Client Info step captures the contact details for the person scheduling the inspection, along with any associated agent information
Agent Information -
At least one agent is required to proceed with scheduling. You can add:
Primary Agent (Required)
Second Agent (Optional)
You can then select whether the agent is the:
Buyers Agent
Sellers Agent
Once all required information is completed, click Continue to move to the next step.
Fill the Address Form
The Address step is where you enter the location of the property that requires the inspection.
“Validate the Address” is an optional step which can help you add the accurate location where the inspection has to be done.
Once all required information is completed, click Continue to move to the next step.
Click Previous to return to the Client Info step without losing any saved information.
Fill the Property Info
The Property Info step allows you to provide additional details about the property so the inspection can be scoped correctly.
You can enter the following information:
Square Feet
Year Built
Number of Bedrooms
Number of Bathrooms
Garage (Yes or No)
Gate Code
Special Instructions or Property Details
All the information here are optional.
Select Inspection Services
The Services step allows you to choose the inspection services that the company provides which are needed for the property. You can select one or more services based on your inspection needs.
Each service includes the service name, a short description of what the service provides, the price, and the estimated duration. The available services and pricing shown to the user are based on the services configured by the inspection company.
The Additional Notes field is optional and can be used to share any important details related to the inspection or services requested.
Select Inspection Date, Time, and Inspector
The Date/Time step in Online Scheduler allows customers to choose their preferred inspection date, select an available inspector, and book a convenient time slot.
Choose a Date - Use the calendar to select your preferred inspection date.
Select an Inspector - Available inspectors are displayed based on:
The selected inspection date
The total duration of the selected services
You can: “Select a specific inspector” or “Choose Any Available Inspector if you do not have a preference”
Choose a Time Slot - Available time slots are automatically displayed based on:
Selected services
Total inspection duration
Available inspectors in that time slot
Each time slot displays the available inspection time window.
Complete the Booking
After selecting the date, inspector, and time:
Click Book Appointment to confirm the appointment.
The Booking Summary panel updates with the selected appointment details and final order total.
Click Previous to return to the Services step without losing any saved information.
Appointment Confirmation
Once the inspection is successfully scheduled, an Appointment Confirmed message is displayed.
The confirmation screen includes:
Scheduled inspection date
Appointment time
Property location
Selected services
Total cost
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the client’s provided email address with the appointment details.
Book Another Inspection
Click Book Another Inspection to restart the scheduling flow and create a new appointment.
