You can choose from multiple layout styles, each designed to emphasize different aspects of the report, such as written observations, visual media, or quick scanning of findings.

Each layout is displayed as a visual preview card, making it easy for you to compare styles and select the one that best matches your reporting style and audience. When a layout is selected, the report preview updates instantly so inspectors can immediately see how their report will appear before sharing it.

Providing the flexibility to present inspection findings in a format that best supports your workflow, brand, and client communication style while ensuring reports remain clear, professional, and easy to review.
