You can choose between multiple layout styles and control exactly which sections or fields appear in the report. Changes update instantly in preview, allowing inspectors to see how their report will appear before sharing it with clients and agents.

It includes two core capabilities:

Layout Style Selection – Choose how information is visually organized

Show/Hide Controls – Decide exactly which details appear in the report

Providing flexibility to tailor reports based on audience, brand positioning, and business preferences.

Each layout can include structured “cards” containing the following information (based on visibility settings):

Inspector Information

Primary Inspector details (with optional photo)

Secondary Inspector details (optional)

Company information

Contact information (phone, email, website)

License number

Value:

Allowing you to showcase credentials, licensing, and contact details reinforcing trust and making follow-up easy for clients and agents.

There are two styles that may be selected to display the desired information:

Style 1: 3 Column

For those who prefer a traditional, information-rich presentation.

This first style choice uses a structured, card-based layout organized into rows of three columns, followed by full-width panels for additional sections.

This Layout Includes

Top Section (Card Layout):

  • Primary Inspector (optional)

  • Secondary Inspector (optional)

  • Client(s)

  • Buyer’s Agent

  • Seller’s Agent

  • Property Details

Below the Cards (Full-Width Panels):

  • Additional Information (inspection date, weather, utilities, etc.)

  • Services & Payment Summary

Cards automatically adjust and wrap based on what sections are enabled, maintaining a clean, balanced layout.

Style 2: 2 column

For those who want a modern, side-by-side presentation.

This style organizes information into a two-column layout, creating a more contemporary look and feel.

Here is a quick breakdown:

Left Column:

  • Primary & Secondary Client

  • Property Details (displayed in compact cards, with “View All” option if expanded)

  • Additional Information

  • Services

Right Column:

  • Primary Inspector

  • Secondary Inspector

  • Buyer’s Agent

  • Seller’s Agent

Property details are displayed in smaller cards for a streamlined visual experience.

Visibility Toggles – Full Control Over What Appears

In addition to choosing a layout, inspectors can control exactly which sections and data fields appear in their reports.

Changes apply only to newly generated reports.

You can choose turn entire sections on or off, including:

  • Primary Inspector

  • Secondary Inspector

  • Primary Client

  • Secondary Client

  • Buyer’s Agent

  • Seller’s Agent

  • Property Information

  • Additional Information

  • Services

Giving you the ability to hide or show elements will allow you to:

  • Control over privacy and compliance

  • Flexibility based on market preferences

  • Ability to emphasize credentials or simplify presentation

  • A way to tailor reports for different audiences
