A. Standard Frame

This layout features a single image displayed prominently at the top of the report. The inspection date and property address appear beneath the image, alongside a View Map option.

Itโ€™s ideal for inspectors who prefer a clean, professional cover style that highlights a single property photo without any text overlay. This layout works especially well for traditional reporting styles or when the property image should remain completely unobstructed.

As this design most closely matches the existing report format, it is labeled Default Image.

B. Hero Image

This layout also features a large, full-width hero image, but key details are overlaid directly on the image for a more contemporary design feel.

  • Date and property address appear in white text over the image.

  • A subtle gradient ensures readability, even on light-colored photos.

  • Fully responsive across devices.

  • Smaller images scale to fit the banner space.

Giving you a more elevated, branded look helping reports feel modern and differentiated compared to standard, text-heavy formats.

Best for those who want a modern, premium presentation style.

C. Full-Width Image

This layout displays a single image stretched edge to edge across the full width of the report. The inspection date and property address are overlaid directly on the image, creating a bold, modern presentation.

It is best suited for inspectors who prefer a more design-forward report style, where strong visuals and branding are prioritized while still keeping key property details prominent.

To achieve the full-width format, the system centers the image and adjusts it to fit the required aspect ratio. Because of this, portrait-oriented photos may not display optimally and could appear cropped or reformatted.

C. Image Gallery (Multi-Image Header)

This layout features multiple images displayed in a structured grid format. The primary cover image is shown prominently, with additional report images presented in a gallery view.

Inspection details, including the date, property address, inspector and client names, and key property metrics (PT Only), appear above the image gallery for clear visibility.

This option is ideal for inspectors who want to highlight multiple areas of the property upfront and deliver a visually rich, engaging report presentation.

D. No Image

This layout removes the featured image entirely and begins the report with property and inspection details. It is best for inspectors who prefer a minimal, text-first report or want faster-loading, documentation-focused outputs without visual emphasis.
