Keep your comment library clean and up-to-date by editing or deleting outdated comments.
Steps
Step 1: Locate the Comment
Open the Comment Library and browse or search for the comment you want to modify.
Step 2: Edit a Comment
Click the Edit icon in the last column.
Update details as needed.
Click Save to apply changes.
Step 3: Delete a Comment
Click the Delete icon in the last column.
Confirm deletion in the prompt to permanently remove the comment.
