How to Save a Comment to the Library from Report Writer or Template Editor

When creating comments on the fly, you can save them directly to the Global Comment Library to make them available for future use.

Steps

Step 1: Create a New Comment

  • In the Report Writer or Template Editor, click Add New Comment.
    ​

Step 2: Enable Save to Library

  • In the comment creation modal, scroll to the bottom.

  • Select Save to Comment Library (unchecked by default).
    ​

Step 3: Save the Comment

  • Click Add New Comment.

  • The comment will be added to your current report/template and to the Global Comment Library.
    ​
