You can easily customize your dropdown lists in Palmtech. This can be done in either the mobile app or on the PC version of the program. The customizations you are able to make to the dropdowns are:
Add new items
Remove items you don't need
Rearrange the order of items
Rename existing items

You can customize dropdowns on the app by navigating to the 'Edit Line' screen for an item, selecting the list you want to edit, and then tapping the 'Edit' button in the lower right corner. Here is a video that shows how to do this.
PC
To customize dropdowns on the PC, click on 'Edit List' for the dropdown list you want to edit. Here is a video that shows how to do this.
