There are three places where you can find your username/password.

When you purchased Palmtech, you received an email with setup and installation instructions. You can find your username/password in this email.

If you no longer have your setup email, you can find your username/password on any computer with Palmtech installed and licensed. To find them, open the program and click on the 'Support' tab in the lower-left corner. Next, click on 'Get/Reset License'. Click 'Yes' on the window that appears and you will then see your username/password.

You can find your username/password on a mobile device where you have the Palmtech app licensed. To do this, open the app and tap on 'Settings'. You can find your username/password on this screen by tapping the 'Show Credentials' button.

If you cannot find your username/password after following the steps above, fill out the license request form to have them resent via email.
