Install the mobile app by going to the Apple App Store on your iPhone and/or iPad and searching for Palmtech Plus or by clicking this link: Apple App Store

Once the app is installed, open it, and walk through the initial setup screens.

When you see the main screen (it has 5 buttons on it) tap on the ‘Connect to Portal’ button at the bottom of the list.

Now you need to enter your Username and Password. If you do not know your username/password then learn where to find it here.

Once entered, tap ‘Continue’ and the app will be licensed.

Install the mobile app by searching for Palmtech Plus within the Google Play Store or by clicking this link: Google Play Store

Download and then ‘Run’ the Palmtech installation from here: Download Palmtech for the PC

Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation process.

When the installation is finished, double-click on the new Palmtech icon on your desktop.

Now you need to license the program. To do this, click on the ‘Support’ button in the bottom left corner of the Palmtech program.

Next, click ‘Get/Reset License’ in the bottom middle of the screen.

The program will ask if you have a username and password issued by Palmtech, click ‘Yes’.

Enter your Palmtech username and password. If you do not know your username/password then learn where to find it here.

If the username and password are entered correctly, you’ll see a window that says the license was successfully retrieved, click ‘OK’.

In the top right corner of the shell, the program should now show that it is licensed to you.
