Getting started
Palmtech has now integrated with Inspector Services Group (ISG) to allow you to offer warranties on your inspections. Once connected, when you create an inspection in Palmtech, a warranty for the inspection is automatically created adding value to your inspection and giving your client additional peace of mind.
Enabling ISG within Palmtech
The integration can be easily enabled within the Portal following these steps:
Click the account icon in the top right corner of the Portal
Select Settings
Select the Inspector Services Group option
Enter your ISG username and password
Enable the integration with ISG using the toggle button. You'll receive a confirmation that the information has been saved.
Click/tap the green Done button
Turning off ISG integration
The integration with ISG can be easily disabled by using the toggle to turn off the service. In order to re-enable the service, click the toggle once again.
