The automated email notification system for Palmtech Complete makes communication easier by sending quick updates to everyone involved. This system helps inspections run smoothly by ensuring that reminders, updates, and results are delivered on time, so no important information is missed. It reduces mistakes, helps inspectors, clients, and real estate agents work better together, and keeps everyone informed. This leads to a more reliable and stress-free inspection process for everyone.

In the following article we'll go over each subsection of the notifications system and how it works.

Automated Notifications

Appointment Confirmation

This notification will be sent when you schedule an inspection and one of the following conditions are met:

Agreements and Payments through Palmtech Complete are disabled
Only agreements are enabled
Only payments are enabled
The notification Request for Payment and Inspection Agreement Signature is disabled and the payments and agreements are enabled

Note: This notification will NOT be sent if agreements and payments are enabled and the notification Request for Payment and Inspection Agreement Signature is enabled

Updated Details after Rescheduling Inspection

This notification will be sent whenever an inspection is rescheduled or whenever one of the following options are changed:

The inspection's time
The inspection's date
Both the inspection's date and time

Request to Sign Inspection Agreement

This notification is sent out whenever you schedule an inspection and any of the following conditions are true:

Agreements are enabled but payments are disabled
Agreements and payments are both enabled but the Request for Payment and Inspection Agreement Signature notifications are disabled

Note: This notification will NOT be sent if:

Only payments are enabled
Both agreements and payments are enabled and the Request for Payment and Inspection Agreement Signature notifications are enabled
Both agreements and payments are disabled

Reminder to Sign Agreement

This notification will be sent when one of the following conditions are met:

The inspection agreement has not been signed and the inspection has started (How do I start an inspection in the App? or How do I start an inspection in the Web Report Writer?)
The agreement has not been signed and the inspection has been completed
The agreement has not been signed and the inspection has been rescheduled

Confirmation of Signed Agreement

This notification will be sent when the inspection agreement has been signed.

Email Payment Confirmation

This notification will be sent when the inspection is paid

Send Payment Request

This notification will be sent when an inspection is scheduled and one of the following conditions are met:

Only payments are enabled
Agreements and payments are enabled and the Request for Payment and Inspection Agreement Signature notifications are disabled

Note: This notification will NOT be sent if:

Only agreements are enabled
Both agreements and the payments are enabled and the Request for Payment and Inspection Agreement Signature notifications are enabled
Both agreements and payments are disabled

Send Payment Reminder

This notification will be sent if any of the following is true:

Payment for the service provided has not been collected and the inspection has started
Payment for the service provided has not been collected and the inspection has been completed
A payment has not been made and the inspection has been rescheduled

Inspection has been published

This notification will be sent once the inspection is published. An inspection is considered published once it has been marked as Complete and the inspection report has been sent out.

Note: If the inspection’s status is: Draft, Scheduled, In-Progress, or Complete this notification will NOT be sent

Request for Payment and Inspection Agreement Signature

This notification will be sent when you schedule an inspection and the following condition is met:

The agreements and the payments are enabled

Note: This notification will NOT be sent when:

Only the agreements are enabled
Only the payments are enabled
The agreements and the payments are disabled
