In Palmtech Complete, inspection reports automatically send to clients upon marking them as Complete. Before finalizing, you can use the Report Preview button to thoroughly review the report.

This opens an interactive preview in your browser where you can verify content accuracy, check formatting, and confirm all details align with expectations. Importantly, this preview mirrors exactly what clients will receive, making it essential for quality control before submission.

Inspection reports are automatically sent out when a report is marked as complete. With Palmtech Complete there's no need to manually email out reports. However, additional copies of the report can still be manually emailed out if needed.

Palmtech Complete will notify you if you're marking a report as complete when your inspection agreement hasn't been signed. The notification includes the option of sending the report out and stopping all further reminders of sending the signed agreement back.

A standard notification will appear whenever the inspection agreement has been successfully signed and returned to you.
