Getting started
Canny is a platform that allows you to make suggestions and enables you, along with other inspectors, to view and vote on suggestions made by others. This helps highlight useful ideas that you might not have considered.
Navigating Canny
Canny provides you with two different views:
Roadmap: This view allows you to see the suggestions that have been made by other Palmtech Complete users. They're organized into three different sections: Planned, In Progress and Complete.
Feedback: The feedback view let's add your own feedback and search for any suggestions that are of your interest. Canny will automatically you inform you if the feedback you want to add is already present.
By clicking the upward arrow next to any existing feedback in Canny, you can "upvote" it. This informs our development team that there is increased interest in that particular feedback.
If your feedback is selected for action, you will receive an email notification. Additionally, updates regarding the progress will be sent to you.
