Getting started

This article covers how to manage an existing subscription. For information on how to start a subscription see Subscribing to Palmtech Complete.

Making changes to subscription

Add licenses

  1. From the Portal, access your billing configuration by entering Settings then selecting Billing Plan

  2. Click the green Add licenses button within the Licenses submenu

  3. Manually enter the number of licenses you want to add

  4. Click the green Confirm button

Remove licenses

  1. Licenses can only be removed when they're not in use by a team member. Make sure to first delete the person who will no longer need a license from your team first. A step by step guide on managing your team can be found here: Managing Teams

  2. From the Portal, access your billing configuration by entering Settings then selecting Billing Plan

  3. Click the red Remove license(s) button within the Licenses submenu

  4. Manually enter the number of licenses you want to remove

  5. Click the green Confirm button

Edit billing information

  1. From the Portal, access your billing configuration by entering Settings then selecting Billing Plan

  2. Scroll down to Billing Information and click the blue Edit billing information

  3. You will get redirected to our secure billing portal, here you will be able to edit your payment method

Upgrading a subscription plan

  1. From the Portal, access your billing configuration by entering Settings then selecting Billing Plan

  2. The right side of the screen provides the option to upgrade your subscription plan. Tap the green Upgrade Plan button

  3. Confirm your new subscription plan at the checkout screen, then click the green Confirm button

Canceling

Canceling your Palmtech Plan is a painless and simple process performed within the Palmtech Complete Portal.

  1. From the Settings screen select the Billing Plan option to access the plan details for your account.

  2. Click the red Cancel Plan button near the center of the screen

  3. A prompt confirming your cancelation request will appear. Someone from our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible

Note: Once your subscription is successfully cancelled, you'll have access to Palmtech Complete until the end of your current subscription period. We recommend you backup any information important to you or your company using the Export option available within Palmtech Complete.

Reactivating a cancelled subscription
