Signing up for a subscription is accomplished via the Portal. If you're on a trial of Palmtech Complete, you don't have to wait until your free inspections have run out to subscribe.
In the Portal, click your name and picture in the top right corner of the screen
Click Settings
Choose Billing Plan
To see the available plans click the green See all plans button in the bottom left corner of the screen
Choose from the monthly or yearly options
After choosing an option, click Go to checkout
At the checkout screen, fill out all of the required fields
Note: Additional licenses for more users can be added at this screen
Review the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement
Finally, click the green Place My Order button at the bottom of the screen
