Getting started

Setting up services with different pricing tiers is straightforward, this lets you easily select the appropriate option when scheduling an inspection.

Creating different services

To create a new service follow these steps:

  1. From the portal Dashboard, click on your profile name and picture in the top right corner
    ​

  2. Choose Settings
    ​

  3. Within the Account Settings view, click on the Services and Fees button in the top-right
    ​

  4. Choose whichever service names you would like. We recommend naming your services based on property size, such as "Small House," "Medium House," "Large House," "House with Pool," and similar categories.
    ​

  5. You can configure the cost, duration, required templates, and any associated agreements for each type of service

  6. Once complete, click Done
    ​

  7. Repeat this process as many times as necessary
